The hotel is centrally located near M G Road, offering spacious and clean rooms with basic amenities. While the room had a ceiling fan and light, the air conditioning seemed inadequate, but the pleasant Bangalore weather compensated for it. However, we were disappointed that the quoted price was double what was initially agreed upon for a 2-night stay, possibly due to misleading advertising on Make My Trip.
The hotel is perfectly situated near the buzzing Brigade Road, surrounded by great eating places. The rooms, although quiet at the end of the corridor, are disappointing with faulty piping issues and pricing discrepancies. The service is a mix of extreme helpfulness and occasional indifference. The dining experience lacks variety, and the facilities fall short of expectations.
I entered the room and immediately noticed it was clean and tidy, but unfortunately, it had a strong cigarette smell. Additionally, the hotel quoted us double the amount we agreed upon for a 2-night stay. The service was a mix of courteous and accommodating staff with a few who seemed disinterested. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring Bangalore, being centrally located near important business districts and historical sites. The dining options were limited and could use some improvements. However, the smoothies were pretty good. The facilities were decent overall.
